what we do
A yearly hands-on programme inspiring creativity, confidence, and craft.
The Creative Corner runs alongside the school term, giving students a practical introduction to fashion craftsmanship and creative enterprise. The curriculum is designed to nurture curiosity, build creative skills and celebrate the craft traditions of Cameroon.
Each module explores a different area of making, guided by local artisans and supported by premium materials donated by the Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation. Students are encouraged to experiment, problem-solve, explore cultural influences and build confidence through making.
Every Saturday, students come together for hands-on sessions, with lunch provided to support comfort, accessibility and a sense of community.
Juliette oversees the programme’s creative direction and delivery, supporting the local team of artisans and teaching assistants through in-person visits, virtual mentoring and regular guidance throughout the year.
